There is more than a fresh coat of paint in this cottage! Pine paneling and bead board throughout the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 bedrooms and bath are on main level, another bath, bedroom, family room and mini bar in walkout lower level. Great views from every room! 100 feet of private beach with dock for fishing boat and swimming in this peaceful but large lake. An open floor plan on the main floor will provide your family or group with many special moments while at Camp Bay Cottage.

Weeknights rates - $210/night (Sunday – Thurs)
Weekend rates - $225/night (Friday and Saturday nights)
Weekly rates - $1,450.00/week (7 days)

During the week there is a 3-night minimum rental.
Dog deposit is $100/stay

When you arrive, please check the cottage for anything that looks out-of-place or damaged.

· Check-in time is 4:00pm and Check-out is at 10:00am. If you need to make special arrangements, please call. When you leave, please lock doors. Turn off lights, close and lock windows, and turn down heat to 50 or AC off. There are no keys we will send you the access code before your stay.

· The parking at this cottage is pretty simple. You can park your trailer off to the side once you off load your boat. Please watch out for the rocks! They are there to protect the well, septic field, deck and cottage.

· There is no internet at the cottage. We get a very good signal on our smart phones and use our hot spots to run other devices. (AT&T) There is DISH satellite TV. If service has been interrupted, please give the system a few minutes to find the signal. (power outages)

· For fish cleaning there is a table outside near the garden hose. Please use this area in the summer. Fish guts go in the gallon bags and please put them in the roadside cart. During the winter, there is the laundry tub in the basement. Please clean up after yourself. There are directions for the pump in the tub.

· If you brought your dog please remove any waste from the yard. During the winter also. Do not use any of the bedding for your pet. There are old towels in the laundry room for your use. Most of our neighbors have dogs and they are both very friendly! Our sofa and beds are new, please keep your dog(s) off of these.

· Please put your trash (and fish guts) into the cart by the road. Pick up is Monday and they would like it out there by 7:30am. If there is an overflow, big black trash bags can be set out on Monday morning. Holidays that fall on a Monday will push trash pickup back one day.

· If you wash any bedding and remake the beds, leave a note for housekeeping. They are on an extremely tight schedule and will strip all beds. Please wash a load of laundry before you leave and do not let wet towels sit in the washer overnight. It is amazing how this helps us get a good start on the laundry. You can leave with the dryer operating. I am usually nearby, or housekeeping is on their way.

· There is baseboard heat in every room. In the living room there is a heat pump/mini split that will heat quickly, and it is best to use this when needed. If you are using the heat in the spring, summer, or fall, please make sure to turn the heat off when you leave. If you used the AC, please turn this off. In the winter turn everything down to 50 degrees. The mini split in the living room should be set at 50 degrees when you leave. If you opened any windows during your stay, please make sure they are closed and locked. In the winter there is an ERV System to bring in fresh air as needed. The controls for this are in the hallway upstairs, there are 2 switches. The top button is On and Low. Add the 2nd button is High. Bad cooking smells? Fishy winter gear?
