This well-supplied cottage is roomy and comfortable. The setting idyllic. With your boat you can be up at dawn and fishing in 5 minutes. This place is a gem. "A group of us came up to do some ice fishing and our experience was incredible. Marjorie was fast to respond to all questions and answered them professionally. The house was very clean and absolutely beautiful. The view off the back deck was second to none. And the fishing was incredible with lots of Walleye, pike and perch being caught right out in front of the house. We will definitely be back." — Ryan B.

"We had a great spring break/long weekend with our boys who attend NMU. The area was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed dining in Curtis, Germfask, and at the house with all the essentials. We spent most of our time ice fishing on the lake. In the evening we played and learned new games. Cell service was moderate and just enough, but we did not miss the internet. "We were up there for a short stay over Christmas. The cottage was very clean and cozy. It was the perfect space for my sister and I to celebrate Christmas together with our families. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils so we had everything we needed for a nice Christmas dinner. Marge was very prompt in answering any questions we had. "I stayed here in the fall and had the best time. It was hard to leave during the day because the view was spectacular, the lake is beautiful. The cottage is very clean, comfortable, and the area peaceful. It’s a great location for day trips to all the places you want to see in the U.P. "This property is simply stunning with excellent amenities. The 2 bathroom and extra living spaces are wonderful. Really loved that they had a washer and dryer on site to use. "We stayed here for a family vacation and Camp Bay Cottage did not disappoint. The cottage was well appointed and its location is ideal. We very much enjoyed the lake as we kayaked, went boating and fishing. We also took advantage of the close ATV trails and the central location to numerous tourist attraction was a plus. The area is quiet and serene. Really the U.P. at its best. Communication with Marge was quick, even to the point of her contacting us prior to our arrival to inform us of a potential hazard in the area. That was really appreciated. we would stay hear again and highly recommend Camp Bay Cottage." — Chris S.
"The cabin was perfect, just as described. I was able to meet the owners, very nice and accommodating. The cabin is situated perfectly on the lake. Appears to have new boat dock. The cabin inside looks brand new with tongue/grove pine through out. Beds very comfy, clean and plenty of blankets. TV has good cable. Kitchen has plenty for cooking. Very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt very safe. I would highly recommend this house or any house owned by these owners." — Brian F.
"This cottage was located in a great central location, for those looking to explore the U.P. It comfortably fit our family of seven. The kids fished and swam in the lake all day long. When we first arrived, they were freaking out about not having internet. (Which is why we chose this cottage.) By day two our kids told us this was the best vacation they've ever had. We explored the Mystery Spot, Tahquamenon Falls, Hurricane River, Sand Point Beach and Oswald's Bear Ranch. The cottage was so peaceful and the lake was beautiful. All we needed to bring was our clothes, fishing gear and groceries. I would highly recommend this as a great family cottage. "We loved our time at the cottage! Plenty of space, clean and lots of thoughtful amenities. The lake was quiet and stayed shallow quite a ways out which our kids loved. The second table downstairs was great for puzzles and games. Amazing view from the living room and nice neighborhood. Check in and out was super easy, and our hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had. The cottage was an easy distance for day trips, but we also spent a lot of time just enjoying the peace and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!" — Megan W.
"The cottage was great - had all the amenities you would need, very comfortable and clean. We rode snowmobiles Friday and Saturday, the ease to the trail head was great - we used the lake which made it super easy but if you don't want to use the lake - the road was fine too. We ate in every night and the high top table and social area was perfect! Great Place!" — Angie M.

Being on the lake was great, though the weather didn't allow us to get in the water.
